Willow Personal Care Assistants, LLC, is a consumer-directed personal care assistance agency authorized by Alaska Department of Senior and Disabilities Services to provide Medicaid-funded personal care assistance. Services are financed through Medicaid or are private pay. You may designate a caregiver who is a friend or family member or choose one of our qualified caregivers.
